Update due to COVID-19

Dear Valued Pet Families:

As we continue to adjust to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to share with you a few policy updates:

For the time being, all of our appointments will be drop-off only. When you arrive at the clinic, please call the clinic 718-797-6875 from outside and a staff member will come to the door and meet you and receive your pet. A staff member will contact you for additional information about your pet, and a veterinarian will call you after examining your pet. At this time, we will be accepting credit card only, and all credit card transactions will be done by phone. If you are picking up medication or anything else from the clinic, please call ahead and pay by phone prior.

We are pleased to announce that we now have telehealth available through anipanion. You can download the app at https://anipanion.com/pet.html. While telehealth certainly has limitations, it is a valuable resource in times like these. If you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic, please consider a telehealth consultation.

Due to the high volume of calls and emails we are receiving, and our limited staffing capabilities at this time, we are asking that all communication with doctors be done through telehealth if your pet has not been to the clinic for the past 14 days. Please contact our front desk for additional information.
