VETERINARY TECHNICIANS:

Jean Andrew, lvt.

Jean graduated from Fiorello H.LaGuardia C.C. in 2001. Jean had always wanted to become a vet when she was a young girl, but life sent her in a different field. She worked for The Bank of New York for about 10 years. She decided one day she needed a change in her life. She packed up and went to Greece in an effort find herself. She did. Working days and going to school in the evenings paid off. Now you can find Jean doing what she loves best, caring for animals and her family. Jean was always surrounded with pets when growing up; dog, rabbits and birds. It is to no surprise why she lives with 1 husky/shepard mix,6 rabbits, pair of eclectus and 4 lovebirds. Jean also shares her life with husband Rick and son Alex.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF:

Alaina Mitchell

Alaina grew up in the mid-west, surrounded by animals of all sizes. For 16 years of her life, that rural area was her home. She has since moved around quite a bit, but during her travels, she was fortunate enough to spend a great chunk of that time working at two animal hospitals, a grooming facility and a dog daycare. Its pretty clear that Alaina loves animals. She presently shares her home with her cat, "Doogie Meowzer MD", and her dog, "ROFL". She'd live with a zoo if she could but she somehow thinks that her landlord would have an issue with that. But not only does she enjoy the company of animals, she also enjoys making both pets and the owners feel welcome and comfortable. You may even catch her sitting on the floor in the front office playing with a pooch or just petting a nervous patient.
